Schedule of Conditions and Dilapidations

When necessary, Castle Wildish can act on behalf of the Landlord or Tenant in the preparation of a schedule of dilapidations to be served on either Landlord or Tenant, detailing the condition of particular premises and the necessary repairing works that should be undertaken.

Furthermore, we can prepare a Schedule of Condition to record the condition of a building at the outset of a lease. A properly prepared Schedule of Condition will record the condition of the property and this will be a major factor in avoiding disputes that may occur at expiry of the lease.
